Account Setup #

• Register a Wristo account

  • Visit the Wristo official website and click "Sign up" or "Become a designer".
  • Fill in your email, password, and basic profile information, then submit and wait for the verification email.

• Email verification and login

  • Open your registered email inbox, find the verification email from Wristo, and click the verification link.
  • After successful verification, log in to the Wristo console with your email and password.

• Account types (Designer / Merchant)

  • Designer account: focused on personal creation, portfolio, and revenue.
  • Merchant account: better suited for team collaboration, brand operations, and managing watch faces in bulk.
  • For detailed rights and differences, refer to the "Designer Onboarding Rules" and related documents.

• Preparing your Garmin account

  • If you plan to publish watch faces to the Garmin platform, it is recommended to:
    • First register or prepare your personal Garmin account via official Garmin channels.
    • Preferably use the same email as your Wristo account to simplify notifications and reconciliation.
  • Your Wristo account is used to create and manage watch faces on the Wristo platform, while
    your Garmin account is used to publish and manage your watch faces within the Garmin ecosystem. The two work together.

• Common signup issues

  • No verification email received:
    • Check your spam / promotions folder.
    • Confirm that your email address is correct and request the verification email again.
  • Cannot log in:
    • Double-check your email and password.
    • Try "Forgot password" to reset it.
    • If the problem persists, follow the documentation to submit a ticket or contact support.
